After completing her MBA at Marshall School of Business in 2002, Morgan started her career in licensing at Nakajima USA with Hello Kitty and Ruby Gloom. Since then, she tackled the licensing rosters at Mighty Fine, Teleflora, Junk Food Clothing and Fifth Sun. She has had the pleasure of working on such diverse licenses as Napoleon Dynamite, Angry Birds, Domo, and artist collective Little Paper Planes. Since 2012 she has worked as an independent licensing consultant and agent through her company Kitsch Cache.
